And so, I started quick, cos the Matrix Revolution was starting at 8:30. P.S. Early was at 8 p.m.
Anyway, the recipe was easy and tasted yummy too... So, kindly I share with you guys the recipe..
The steps were as follows (just incase girls, you become wives next time and your husband/children wanna eat banana pancakes.. and guys, maybe to impress your mum to show you're so grown up now, mastering the skills of cooking, or impress a girl if you have to):
The kitchen...
The ingredients:
We used soya milk instead of normal white milk as we ran out of it, but it still tasted the same.. DOnt worry..
1. Pour 1/2 cup of plain flour into a bigger mixing bowl.
2. And one tbsp of sugar. White sugar would be better but we ran out of that too...
3. A few pinches of ground cinnamon.
4. Stir them all up!!! Not hard.. :D
till it becomes like this, all even!
5. Crack one egg into a smaller bowl. (i learnt how to crack with one hand!!!! YAYY!!) Then, whisk it with a knife or whisk.
6. Add 1 cup of milk. And stir again..
7. Pour the mixture into the dry mix.
8. Mix them up, getting rid of the lumpeys.
9. Add 2 tsp of vege oil and 1/4 tsp of salt.
10. And mix them up again.
11. Slice up the banana thinly, about the similar size.
12. Now you're ready to FRY!!!! Heat the pan up and use butter instead of normal oil to fry. This is to enhance the pancakes with a better fragrance.
13. After spraeding the butter around the pan, pour in your batter.
14. When the bottom is almost cooked, put in your slices of bananas on top, making sure it is covered with a lil bit of batter on top.
15. Flip the pancake over, if can, to prevent it from tearing into smaller pieces.
16. Fry the other side of the pancake and seal up the sides by compressing the sides with a fryer.
17. And it is DONE!!! Serve... :D
ENJOYED?? I did and I hope you do too!
